TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE KARUR VYSYA BANK ‘Top Spender Campaign’
  1. The ‘Top Spender Campaign’ Promotion [“Promotion”] is conducted by Loylty Rewardz Management Private Limited [“Loylty”] for and on behalf of Karur Vysya Bank [“Bank”]. All other terms and conditions laid down by the respective merchant / partner outlets shall continue to apply.
  2. This Promotion is applicable to the holder of a valid Debit Card [“Card”] issued by the Bank only [“Card Holder”]. Participation in this Promotion by a Card Holder is purely voluntary.
  3. This Promotion is valid for Indian citizens who are residents in India, holding Karur Vysya Bank Debit Card and who are not minors.
  4. This Promotion shall commence from 21st August, 2017 and shall close on 20th October, 2017 [“Campaign Period”].
  5. A Card Holder shall be rewarded with Max Get More vouchers worth Rs.250, if card holder is amongst the Top 50 customers with highest spends per day during the duration of the campaign. Only POS & eCommerce transactions are eligible for the campaign [“Eligible Transactions”].
  6. This Promotion is applicable on the swipe amount and not on the invoice amount. The swipe amount is the amount paid by Card Holder using the Karur Vysya Bank Debit Card only [“Swipe Amount”].
  7. No request for exchange of Max Get More vouchers in any other form or redemption of Max Get More vouchers for cash will be entertained by the Bank on any grounds whatsoever.
  8. Max Get More vouchers should be utilized before the expiry date (3 months). No request to extend the validity during the promotion will be entertained by the Bank on any grounds whatsoever.
  9. The winners will be identified by the Bank and intimated by Anmol Rewardz either by SMS and/or by call.
  10. Once qualified for the highest spender reward on any particular day, during the campaign period, the Card Holder shall not qualify for reward yet again during this campaign period.
  11. A Card Holder will become ineligible for the voucher in case he/she makes any cancellation/modification to the original purchase.
  12. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer/discounts/promotions.
  13. The voucher shall neither be transferable, nor shall any substitution/exchange of the same be allowed under any circumstances.
  14. Neither the Bank nor Loylty Rewardz holds out any warranty or makes any representation about the quality, utility, fitness of purpose, delivery or otherwise of the product purchased through redeeming the voucher.
  15. Loylty Rewardz reserves the absolute right to add or withdraw the offer and to withdraw and/or alter or change any of the terms and conditions of the Promotion as it may deem fit without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  16. Loylty Rewardz/Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claim/loss/ damage that may arise out of use or otherwise of product purchased through redeeming the voucher availed by the Card Holder/s under the Promotion.
  17. The voucher is sponsored by the Bank and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Bank in this regard.
  18. Loylty Rewardz reserves the exclusive right to deny voucher redemption to any Card Holder/s who are indulging in any fraudulent activity; or who are found directly or indirectly, voluntarily or involuntarily, violating or manipulating any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
  19. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Loylty Rewardz to conduct further promotions or other offers.
  20. This Promotion is subject to the laws of India only. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
